Employee resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups made up of people who come together around their common interests, backgrounds or identities. 尔格促进 a climate of inclusion and provide a place where employees can come together to network, create a strong sense of community, and share their experiences with others.
Membership is open to all employees who support the mission of the group, regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, gender expression, age, disability, protected veteran status, religion and any other status protected by applicable state or federal 法律.
